EnRoute Effect in Tadım Sales Operation

Tadım, Turkey's leading brand of packaged nuts, was established in 1971 with aim of “Packaging nuts and providing the customers with the best quality products in their freshest form at the most reasonable prices”. With nuts, dried fruit and nuts bar production facilities located in Gebze and Germany today; Tadım, maintains its pioneering and leading position in the sector for 49 years. Tadım purchases the highest quality raw material from producers and processes and packages it on the production line untouched by human hands, delivering the product to the consumer at its freshest.

The nuts, which are consumed with pleasure, are in accompany with the consumer in every moment of daily life. The distribution operation is of great importance for this type of food, which is consumed continuously and quickly. Getting together with Univera, Tadım started the project with aim to act on one of the stops in its Digital Transformation roadmap, in order for the products to reach the consumers in the fastest and most trouble-free way. In the project where EnRoute, Univera's Omni-Channel Sales Management Solution, was implemented; Tadım's 90 local sales dealer started using EnRoute together with 806 sales representatives.

Detailed analyses made prior to starting the project ensured that the needs of the company were determined clearly and the project was established on solid foundations. Following pilot studies and final preparations were made for dissemination.

The first phase of the project started with the implementation and training for EnRoute functions (product, customer, distributor, sales representative, warehouse, user definitions, purchasing, sales, collection transactions, stock tracking and referral transactions) to be used by Tadım's 90 local sales dealer. In the following stages, external warehouse operations, SAP integration, data transfer operations and distributor e-transformation transitions were completed.

In the second phase of the project, e-waybill transitions required by the state were completed by the distributors and the inventory module was implemented and the project was expanded.

İlker Özer, Tadım Information Technologies Director, explained the sustainability of the project and its place in digital transformation plans with the following statements: “As Tadım Family; we progress with innovative steps in all our business processes. Within the scope of our strategy of our digital transformation plan, we aimed to centrally manage our extensive business partner and distribution network and to perfect our process with an in-depth solution provider and an expandable software such as EnRoute. While moving towards this goal, we preferred Univera as a companion. First of all the reasons for preference, is the offer of end-to-end solutions of the software platform Panorama, where EnRoute is also implemented. We started the project with the digital transformation of our sales operation, and we expanded the project by managing our locally dispersed assets with the inventory module and by managing our field teams with the module they developed and named as FieldAgent. Other solutions of Panorama and sub-modules of the existing solution EnRoute, allow us to manage all these processes. We designed a living project with Univera's project approach, support services and solutions, and we are currently implementing it. I believe that our cooperation will last for many years with developing projects."
