In fact, the rugged CN4e is the first mid-sized handheld to offer a fully integrated, independent GPS option, as well as Wi-Fi®, WWAN and Bluetooth® in a single package, with an extended line of accessories to support numerous applications.
This is further enhanced by CN4e support for seamless voice and data communications, connections to peripheral devices, easy integration into company networks, and satellite-based navigation services that maximize fleet efficiency.
The CN3e also features large, hard key caps, a touch screen display, a 1.8-metre drop specification, and tolerance for a wide range of temperatures. Because the CN4e provides access to information at the point of work, it is ideally suited for direct store delivery, pick up & delivery, in-transit visibility and in-cab mobile applications.
With intelligence at their fingertips, mobile workers can tap into the information they need to work most effectively and efficiently.
The CN4e will give customers mobile RFID read/write functionality through the optional snap-on RFID handle, enabling them to meet their current and future application requirements.
CN4e runs in Windows Mobile supporting instant push wireless e-mail within corporate networks. CN4e’s Cisco Compatible Extensions (CCX) support also provides a perfect co-operating in Cisco infrastructures for the use within company.
CN4e supports Intermec’s SmartSystems software, which is a complete device manager for remote support capability. This solution allows the user to configure, update or maintain the CN4 mobile computer in real time or batch saving time and money.
